1. QUENCHING OILS

• Purerol Quench 11 & 39

These oils are used for all normal quenching operations on a wide variety of steel to impart the desired hardness to components without distortion. The special compounding agent incorporated in oil improves the wetting ability of the oil, so that it provides faster initial cooling for optimum hardness, where as the base oil ensures slow cooling in the final stage for stress relief and distortion free results.

2. HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS

• Purerol Therm 500 & 600

These oils are premium quality medium viscosity oil having exceptional properties for a long and trouble free life in the system. It posses high oxidation and thermal stability.

These oils are metalworking fluid concentrate which when mixed with water form an emulsion. It is because of their good thermal conduct

these oils have the ability to dissipate heat more readily than neat cutting oils. Consequently water soluble coolants have become vital in achieving the higher feeds and speeds required to ensure maximum production efficiency. It can be used at 5% concentration in water.

II.SEMI SYNTHETIC SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL

• Purerol Syncut 240 
• Purerol Syncut Super (Chlorine free)

It is semi synthetic cutting oil possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and biocide properties. It has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. It provides highly stable emulsions in a wide range of water hardness are obtained on adding the oil at recommended dosage levels (3 % to 5 %,) to water with continuous stirring. It can be used in a variety of machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

NEAT CUTTING OIL

• Purerol Neat Cut A12 , 32 , 945 , 156 , 123

These are a range of highly refined transparent, active & inactive type of cutting oils with extreme pressure properties. These cutting oils are specially developed for wide range of machining operations. They are blended from highly refined high viscosity index mineral oils and carefully selected additives.

PUREROL HONING OIL

It is a high performance cutting oil especially developed for super finishing operations e.g. Honning, Lapping etc. However, this oil can also be used in other low to moderately severe machining operations.

PUREROL BROACHING OIL

This oil is formulated with highly refined base Oils fortified with suitable EP additives of fatty oil and active sulphur for improved surface finish and anti-misting. It is recommended for Heavy duty severe machining operations such as threading, tapping and broaching on ferrous metals and more difficult alloys.

PUREROL DRAW OIL

It is a heavy viscosity product formulated with mineral oils & extreme pressure additive and lubricating agent. It is excellent on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be used for drawing, forming, stamping, punching and other applications.

PUREROL RUST REMOVER

Rust remover dissolves rust from corroded metal parts without scraping or scrubbing. After complete removal of rust, wash the component with water. Once rust has been removed, it is important to treat metal with some kind of protective coating such as dewatering type of rust preventive oil, so that the clean metal surface does not re-rust.

RUST PREVENTIVE OILS

These Rust Preventive fluids are soft film forming, solvent deposited, and water displacing type oil. These oils are used for the protection of metallic surfaces during transportation and storage. It is applied directly to the metal surface by dipping spraying or any other appropriate mode thereby forming a protective barrier. The corrosion preventives are readily removable by hot or cold solvents, wiping or stripping.
